Chi si fa sterminatore dei sogni altrui, non è poi così impensabile che finisca con il distruggere i propri.

L’ambizione umana non è una cosa in sé deprecabile, purché il conseguimento dei propri obiettivi faccia parte di un processo equilibrato che armonizzi se stessi nella relazione con gli altri.

Raggiungere posizioni apicali avendo calpestato, per fini strategici, chi abbiamo avuto vicino è indicativo di una leadership debole. I progetti di potere e le idee di queste personalità saranno inevitabilmente soggetti a cadute. Attribuiscono i loro momentanei successi a innate virtù da paragnosti. In realtà non ne possiedono, e anche quella residua immaginazione che in loro sembrava pur sopravvivere e che per un po’ le ha anche condotte a risultati positivi, a un certo punto, vedendosi tradita, recede.

Vivendo di piccoli calcoli, invece di pensare in grande e in modo veramente inclusivo, si danno obiettivi minori pensando di essere arrivati in cima alla piramide.

Annunciano regni che non esistono e nel frattempo perdono il cuore.

Human ambition is not a deplorable thing in itself, as long as the realization of one’s goals is part of a balanced process that harmonizes oneself in relationship with others.

Achieving top positions by having trampled, for strategic purposes, those we have been close to is indicative of weak leadership. The power projects and ideas of these personalities will inevitably be subject to downfall. They attribute their momentary successes to innate parognost virtues. In reality they possess none, and even that residual imagination which seemed to survive in them and which for a while even led them to positive outcomes, at some point, seeing itself betrayed, recedes.

Living by small calculations, instead of thinking big and in a truly inclusive way, they give themselves smaller goals thinking they have reached the top of the pyramid.

They announce kingdoms that do not exist and meanwhile lose heart.
